Our Story

Cardinal Coffee began with a shared dream between two siblings; Macy and Zach. For years, they talked about running a coffee shop together — creating a space where people feel welcomed, known, and cared for over a truly great cup of coffee. Their passion for both coffee and hospitality grew steadily; even when the dream still felt distant.

As they began praying about whether to take the leap, they started noticing cardinals appearing again and again. These small moments felt like quiet encouragement along the way. Then during one walk, Zach prayed and asked God for clarity. A cardinal appeared and followed him for the rest of the walk. That moment became the final push they needed to step forward in faith.

Cardinal Coffee is the fruit of that calling. A mobile specialty coffee trailer built on intention, quality, and genuine hospitality. Wherever they’re parked their hope is simple: to serve excellent coffee and create meaningful moments of connection that make every customer’s day a little better.
